A key part of our business is the provision of HR advice and support to Headteachers and Governors on employee relations, policies, employment contracts and HR best practice.
In return you will receive an attractive salary package up to £27k FTE, 37 hours, 9.00am to 5.30pm Mon – Fri plus 25 days holiday, Contributory pension scheme 3%, & Life assurance.

The HR Shared Services Team Leader role includes:
- This is an important role focusing on the management and development of their Schools Administration services including contracts of employment, DBS checks, occupational health and pre-employment medical checks.
- Supervising a team of two, this is a hands-on role that also involves planning and quality assurance of their service delivery; ensuring that access to their IT tools and platforms are implemented and operate smoothly and also significant involvement in the further development of their IT tools.
- You will be a dynamic, forward thinking motivator who also mucks in as part of the team to achieve the agreed service levels.
- This busy role will require you to be forward thinking and have a good understanding of systems and processes whilst managing the priorities of their customers.
- Candidates should have experience of managing a team, be confident and competent in the use of technology based systems and have excellent customer service skills.
