Retrain Role - Crime to Childcare
Are you a crime Solicitor who has strong experience of performing your own advocacy?.
Looking for opportunities to retrain into a different area of law and move away from working in crime but maintaining the advocacy side of things?
An opportunity has come up within a family law department of a leading Norwich based law firm for someone to come on board to work on childcare matters.
The successful candidate will represent parents in relation to childrens law disputes involving children's Services or the local authority in respect of care or supervision proceedings. The firm holds a legal aid certificate in respect of such matters and enjoys a first rate reputation in dealing with matters of this nature.
It is expected that applicants for this position be confident and experienced in performing advocacy and representing clients at hearings. You will be a personable character who is able to build rapport with clients, communicate in a clear and effective way and deal with sensitive situations in a professional manner.

This area of law is a key area for the firm and as a result of this the firm will pay a good salary for the role which will be dependent on experience.
